IP Home Security System




1. Overview


Features
The IP home security system basically consists of a IP home camera and a wireless remote controller. Wireless devices interoperable with the IP home camera are as follows :
  • Wireless door / window sensor which detect the open or the close of a door or a window
  • Wireless motion detection / PIR sensor which detects some motion in and around the home
  • Wireless gas sensor which detects the leakage of gas
  • Wireless gas valve which controls to feed the gas to the home or not
  • Wirelss fire sensor which detects the fire
  • Wireless water sensor which detects the water leakage
  • Wireless water valve which controls to feed the water to the home or not
  • Wireless siren / strobe light which notify events to people by sound and flash light
    • IP Home Camera (I-450)
    The IP home camera consists of CCD camera, PIR(motion detection) sensor, light sensor, IR LED for night vision, bi-directional FM module for communication, network A/V server board, etc. The light sensor detects the darkness and automatically powers up IR LED for night vision so that CCD camera can see some objects clearly in the dark environments. If the wireless remote controller is registered in the IP home camera, the wireless remote controller can be used to arm or disarm the home. Also, it can be used to let people know the emergency in the home. Also, various wireless devices can be registered into the IP home camera and used to detect intrusion, fire, gas leakage, water leakage and to notify the events to the people such as police, etc. For recording the video from the IP home camera, a network storage can be used.
    Wireless Remote Controller
    If the wireless remote controller is registered in the IP home camera, the wireless remote controller can be used to arm or disarm the home. Also, it can be used to let people know the emergency in the home.
    Wireless Accessory Products
    Wireless accessory products interoperable with the IP home network camera are as follows.
  • Wireless door / window sensor which detect the open or the close of a door or a window

    4. Operation

    How to arm and disarm ?
    1. How to arm & exit ?
      Click 1st button of wireless remote controller shortly (during about 1 second) in the disarmed mode

    2. How to arm & stay ?
      Click 1st button of wireless remote controller long (during more than 3 seconds)

    3. How to disarm ?
      Click 1st button of wireless remote controller shortly (during about 1 second) in the armed mode (such as arm & stay or arm & exit)

    How to operate/use the IP home camera ?
    1. How to delete all the registered devices from the IP home camera ?
      Please power up the IP home camera while the button is pressed. And then wait until sound comes out from the IP home camera.

    2. How to do the factory reset ?
      Please press the button until a sound comes out from the IP home camera while the IP home camera is on.

    3. How to enter the IP home camera into the registration mode ?
      Please press and release the button while the IP home camera is on. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera after the button was released.)

    4. How to exit from the registration mode ?
      Please press and release the button while the IP home camera is on. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera after the button was released.)

    5. How to enter the IP home camera into the "arm & exit" mode ?
      Please press shortly the first button of the wireless remote controller. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    6. How to enter the IP home camera into the "arm & stay" mode ?
      Please press long (more than 3seconds) the first button of the wireless remote controller. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    7. How to exit from the armed mode ("arm & exit" mode or "arm & stay" mode) ?
      Please press the first button of the wireless remote controller.


    How to register wireless devices into the IP home camera ?
    1. How to register a wireless remote controller into the IP home camera ?
      Please press the first button of the wireless remote controller while the IP home camera is in the registration mode. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    2. How to register a wireless PIR(motion detection) sensor into the IP home camera ?
      Please activate the wireless PIR(motion detection) sensor while the IP home camera is in the registration mode. That is, please insert a battery into the wireless PIR(motion detection) sensor. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    3. How to register a wireless magnetic(door/window) sensor into the IP home camera ?
      Please activate the wireless magnetic(door/window) sensor while the IP home camera is in the registration mode. Please place the magnet apart from the other and then close to the other. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    4. How to register a wireless siren / strobe light into the IP home camera ?
      Please select the wireless remote contoller which was or will be registered into the IP home camera for the first time and press its first button just after the wireless siren/strobe light was powered up. (Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    5. How to register a wireless fire sensor into the IP home camera ?
      Please activate the wireless fire sensor while the IP home camera is in the registration mode.(Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    6. How to register a wireless gas sensor into the IP home camera ?
      Please activate the wireless gas sensor while the IP home camera is in the registration mode.(Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)

    7. How to register a wireless water sensor into the IP home camera ?
      Please activate the wireless water sensor while the IP home camera is in the registration mode.(Then a sound comes out from the IP home camera.)





    5. Indication for Status and Operation of IP Home Camera

    6. Notice

    1. When the IP home camera is armed, it takes about 30seconds.

    2. When the IP home camera is armed and a wireless sensor is activated, it takes about 30seconds to trigger a built-in siren or external wireless siren / strobe light.

    3. In the "arm & stay" mode, the IP home camera neglect the motion detection by the built-in PIR sensor or the external wireless PIR sensor.
